Dee Moseley, RN, NC(C)
A tenured Healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience. Mrs. Moseley heads advanced nursing staff and high-performance medical teams throughout the United States. Dee is a certified nutrition coach (NASM), and food scarcity advocate and plays a vital role on multiple Community hospital boards. Mrs. Moseley has a passion to ensure gender equality in healthcare systems, nationally and abroad. In 2022 she constructed a team of qualified Advocates and founded Healthy Reign 501c(3) nonprofit organization, where she serves as executive director. The mission of healthy rain is to empower women to lead in health education and economics. By creating fair opportunities, she hopes to spur girls and women to achieve an independent healthy life of power

Ashley Cooper, RN, BSN, MSN, NP(c)
Ashley Cooper has over 10 years of nursing experience. Ashley holds a bachelor's degree in nursing and a master's degree in nursing. Ashley has been a critical care nurse helping the most underserved members of the community. As a Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Rural Health and Family Practice, Ashley is experienced with reaching those that Healthcare initiatives seem to miss. Ashley's passion for disease management, community education, and gender equality is demonstrated in her care and compassion for others.

Cipi Pena, RN, SANE Nurse
Cipi has been a nurse for over 30 years. She has a strong focus on supporting indigent populations. Ms. Pena, is a Hispanic American who is fluent in English and Spanish. Cipi received her nursing degree from Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, Texas USA. She has worked with the Department of Defense USA as a SANE Nurse (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) providing comprehensive care to sexual assault victims. Miss Pena is committed to living a healthy lifestyle for others as well as herself. She serves as a fitness advisor, nourishment advocate, and community visionary in the fight against diseases and conditions that are prevalent in minority communities.

Asha Harris, BBA
Asha has worked in the accounting industry for over 25 years. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting as well as certifications in Quick Books, Quality Assurance, and Compliance. Ms. Harris has experience in both US and International accounting procedures. Asha has worked with DB Schenker, ACS Healthcare, and Network Communications. She is a leader who has demonstrated proficiency in organization sustainability, financial strength, and capital retention. Asha is a member of The National Society of Accountants and Women in Accounting and Finance.
Director of Philanthropy
Francis Knight Thompson, BME, M.Ed.
Francis Knight Thompson is a graduate of Hampton University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in music education. She also holds a Master of Science in education from Old Dominion University. Mrs. Thompson's career with the public school system spans over 30 years. Mrs. Thompson worked in the public school's Office of Equality Affairs as a project manager coordinating professional development for teachers and staff, managing and planning for the public school system's African American male Summit and Beach Girls Rock. Francis received the Magnet school's teacher of the year award, the Humanitarian award from the Human Rights Commission, and the Martin Luther King Jr Community Leaders Award presented by the Urban League.
Director of Emotional Health Programs
Leah Fontaine-Edmonds, MA, LPC
Leah is a mental health professional with over 16 years of experience. Ms. Edmonds is an advocate for Mental Healthcare. She has worked as a clinical liaison, fostering a healthy productive relationship between Managed Care organizations community leaders, and mental health patients. Leah holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, and a master's degree in Counseling, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is dedicated to ensuring that every human has access to qualified Mental Health care. Ms. Edmonds is a champion for women's rights in the workplace and she speaks openly against mental cruelty and gender inequality.
